Ian’s Professional Dog Training career began in 1999 in Columbia, South Carolina with Dog Training in Your Home, Inc. After years of training in Columbia, Ian moved to Charlotte in 2003 where he became the Training Director for the company. In 2005, he and his wife, Sara, decided to further their opportunities with Dog Training in Your Home, Inc. and became the local owners and operators of the Iredell, Catawba and Alexander County areas.
Working as a Veterinary Technician for nine years has given Sara a lot of experience in evaluating dogs and their behaviors. While Ian does training, Sara does in-home evaluations of family pets and office management. Together, they make a great team in helping people reach desired training goals for their dog(s).
Ian and Sara currently reside in Mooresville with their 2 dogs.
